Costs and fees quoted in written proposals/estimates will be subject to VAT and allow for travel time for EA
personnel.
Cost of EA travel and subsistence is chargeable separately (at peak public transport rates where
applicable).
Rates are based on 7.5 hours working time per day including consultant travelling
time.
Third-party costs for additional support are payable direct to the third party by the client.
Third-party relationships are normally maintained by EA who will direct the third party at the client’s requirements to aid facilitation and
delivery.
Quotes are usually designed to provide a fixed-price menu of options to allow maximum client
flexibility.
All proposals and estimates are illustrative and subject to final agreement on format and
content.
Costs are payable in stages; on completion of key phases, agreed milestones and at monthly intervals during delivery for long-term projects.
Workshops will not usually be viable with less than 10 delegates and in such cases are therefore be subject to cancellation; any cancellations due to low participation outside EA control will be charged at the full rate.
Fees are payable within 28 days of invoice date.
